MSP CAT is committed to protecting the Health and Safety of all persons in the workplace including employees, contractors and other visitors, as well as protection of the Environment.
Offering safe working conditions for our employees and contractors is paramount for MSP CAT.
To set and promote an efficient culture of safety, we have relied on our HSE team.
Four HSE personnel are working to ensure that MSP CAT operations are conducted safely.
Our Occupational Health and Safety policy is approved by our CEO.
We encourage all our employees and contractors to report any situation which might be unsafe.
We shall continue to eliminate risks in our workplaces and endeavor to build a culture where quality, safety, health and environment underpins the values of all stakeholders in achieving an incident and injury free environment.
Up to July 31, 2020, we have worked 573 days without a Lost Time Injury since Jan 5, 2019.
MSP CAT ACHIEVES ISO 45001 CERTIFICATION
ISO 45001 is an ISO standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
October, 2014, MSP CAT had already been accredited by Lloyd’s Register, LRQA for OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) certification that sets out the requirements to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all.
We decided to upgrade to the new international standard and developed a migration plan based on OHSAS 18001.
August 5, 2019: After being audited by Lloyd’s Register, LRQA, we successfully received the ISO 45001 certification.

Technician Career Development Process Accreditation
We are highly committed to provide excellent service training and career opportunities for our technicians.
2012: Initiated the process of developing technicians’ talent development with Technician Career Development Program.
2014: Received “Excellence in Service Training Award” valid until 2016
2017: Executive Engagement commenced with CAT Global Dealer Learning Team; TCDP A Team was formed; Implementation Process was documented; budget was allocated for TCDP A.
2018, TCDP A Program was Kicked off by CEO then continued with TCDP A Program launching and TCDP A assessment done through Global Accreditation Assessment Tools.
2019: On site audit was done by Chris Lord, CAT Global Dealer Learning Consultant.
August, 2019: Achieved the highest level of excellence in the Caterpillar Technician Career Development Process Accreditation
NSSA (NATIONAL SKILL STANDARD AUTHORITY) Certification
Jan, 2018: Assessment Center application was submitted to NSSA, National Skills Standards Authority of Myanmar.
Feb, 2018: NSSA Assessment Center Audit team inspected MSP CAT Learning Center to evaluate and determine for accreditation.
March, 2018: MSP CAT Learning Center is accredited by NSSA, National Skills Standards Authority, to train, assess and reward the level 1 Hydraulic Excavator Operators.
We have 4 NSSA certified Assessors to carry out the assessment of the competencies of the Hydraulic Excavators candidates.
58 Hydraulic Excavator Operators have been assessed and rewarded so far.
